Welcome to QC Laser Creations, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with us in person, online, by phone, or by opting in to our communications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

  1. Business Overview
    QC Laser Creations, LLC specializes in custom laser engraving, personalization, and fabrication of goods primarily through our brick-and-mortar retail location.
  2. Custom Orders & Design Approval
    Due to the custom and permanent nature of laser engraving:
  • Proof Approval Required: All custom designs, text, layouts, and proofs must be reviewed and approved by the customer prior to production. Approval may be given in person, in writing, or electronically.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify all details prior to approval, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, dates, capitalization, image placement, and dimensions.
  • Production Finality: Once approval has been granted and production has commenced, changes cannot be accommodated, and the customer assumes responsibility for any errors present in the approved proof.
  1. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
  • No Returns on Custom/Personalized Items: Because items are permanently personalized to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason once an item has been engraved.
  • Manufacturing Defects: We stand behind our workmanship. If an item contains a verified defect in materials or craftsmanship, or if the finished product does not match the approved proof due to our error, you must notify us within 7 days of pickup with the original product. Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our sole discretion.
  • Customer-Supplied Items: If you provide your own blank items or materials for engraving, QC Laser Creations, LLC exercises utmost care; however, we are not liable for replacement or reimbursement if unforeseen material reactions or machine errors occur during processing.
  1. Order Pickup & Unclaimed Items
  • Orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification that the order is ready.
  • Items left unclaimed beyond 60 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of or recycled at our discretion, without entitlement to a refund.
  1. SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
    QC Laser Creations, LLC offers text message updates to keep you informed about your orders and service requests.
  • Program Description: When opting in to text messaging, you give your consent to receive SMS notifications regarding your order status (such as notifications that your order is ready for pickup) and direct customer service inquiries.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your order activity and inquiries.
  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your cellular provider for details regarding your mobile plan.
  • How to Opt Out (STOP): You have the right to opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message of your unsubscribe request.
  • How to Get Help (HELP): If you experience any issues or need assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly at our store or via the contact details below.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QC Laser Creations, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products or services.
