Our graphic artist will take your description and create a design for your stone and send it to you for approval. You must either approve or make changes to it and respond. After you have approved a design, it will be sent for engraving and then shipping. Your card is charged when you place your order.

Product engraving MUST BE APPROVED VIA EMAIL prior to starting your engraving.

The product is shipped when the engraving is complete.
